When our thoughts abound
impeded by a cotillion of unseen forces
that attract, repel, and often confound us,
centrifugal and centripetal forces are in
their ceaseless dance.
Eternally paired like pain and pleasure,
sight and sound, taste and smell,
they radiate out, and where they stop nobody can tell.
Passive, aggressive, changing midstream
these stately processions rotate unseen
like gusts of gasses that careen
tirelessly inviting, denying, distilling, and resolving
our inner conflicts---sometimes rashly sometimes frugal,
bound together by the fictitious siblings of
Centripetal and Centrifugal.
Ideas emerge as starbursts where wrong is but
another form of right in the undulating
ethers of Coriolis, where energy equals mass and
like Pi, never ends, penetrating walls, climbing
cliffs, spanning divides as an unseen mystery,
feebling starlight in the darkened sky.
Unseen, unheard, these forces transform thoughts and ideas
here into earthly acts of truth or lies.
